Karin Ace, Director of Nursing
I began my healthcare career in 1994 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. It was those early years as a CNA that I knew I would continue my passion and further my professional career to become a Nurse. I attended Madison College receiving my Licensed Practical Nurse in 1999. Later I returned to College attending Black Hawk Tech where I proudly earned my Registered Nurse degree in 2006.
In my role as Director of Nursing at Ingleside, I bring 9 years of experience leading Nursing Departments at other long-term care facilities in the Madison area. It is through those years of first-hand experience that I understand the importance of each nursing role in providing quality care to our residents. I’m an active member of the South Central Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council. Additionally, I attend various continuing education events to stay abreast of current and ever-changing state and federal regulations. My objective is to provide Ingleside with support and ongoing education to promote and maintain the highest degree of quality care each resident expects and deserves.
My husband and I, with our 2 daughters have lived in the Monticello-New Glarus area since 2002. I am grateful to be part of the dedicated team and the entire Ingleside Communities family.
